Tracey McKinstry developed her expertise as chef aboard the greatest sea-going yachts. Guests  enjoy innovative and creative dishes prepared with the freshest local produce and seafood. Tracey says, "One of the joys of chefing aboard Golden Odyssey, as we travel through the countryside, is the availability of top quality ingredients direct from the producers and exploring the subtle variations in regional cuisine." 

Tracey has cooked upon some of the grandest yachts in the world, and for royalty. She offers  haute cuisine prepared from the finest local ingredients or, with a wealth of experience and world travel,  can prepare international dishes to suit the most exotic of tastes.

We are pleased to offer an excellent selection of fine wines from our well-stocked cellar. We are also happy to source particular wines and vintages by arrangement.
